GoodLifeCredit (FBCreditLaw.com) is used to marketing the services for GoodLifeCredit a separate company from Rising Revenue Marketing Group LLC.

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold GoodLifeCredit, and all its officers, directors, owners, agents, employees, information providers, affiliates, (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against any and all liability and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of these Terms of Use including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim.

6. Should any part of the Terms of Use be declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of jurisdiction, this shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion and such remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect as if the invalid portion of the Terms of Use had been omitted.

7. THESE TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS PROVISIONS. SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT SHALL BE AN APPROPRIATE STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA.
